The changing colours of Eastbourne continues to surprise me everyday. So when you have a winter wedding in Eastbourne, you can rest assure there will be plenty of it. Gladys and Colin opted to have their Eastbourne winter wedding at the View Hotel. They had the perfect February weather, dry, not too cold and the occasional burst of sunshine. There was a touch of wind, which at one point shaped the seafront palm tree into a heart, specially to them. A lovely touch from the sunshine coast.

It was a pleasure to be there for their special occasion and I was deeply touched by the love between the newly weds. Thank you both for a wonderful day and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. I leave you with Gladys’ beautifully worded wedding day vow, which I feel perfectly captures the essence of marriage: “It’s an extraordinary thing to meet someone who you can bear your soul to, who will accept you for what you are. I’ve been waiting for what seems like a very long time to get beyond what I am, and with You, I feel like I can finally begin. So today I promise to love you, devote my life to you and always be true.”
