On a sun-soaked morning at Birling Gap, Jeff got down on one knee and asked Kayleigh the easiest question of his life. From the cliffs of England to hearts shaped by the warmth of the Philippines, this was a love story written across oceans — with a “yes” that felt brighter than the summer sun. ☀️💍
